Windsong Apartments

The apartment is a 4 individual bed room floor plan with 2 bathrooms (each bathroom will be shared with one other roommate). The kitchen and living room are connected in an open floorplan with a long hallway that leads to the bathrooms and bedrooms. There are 2 balconies(overlooking river road and downtown), the larger one is connected to the living room and one of the rooms, the other is connected to two other rooms (One room doesn't have a balcony). Apartment includes Air Conditioning, Heating, Ceiling Fans, Storage Space, Dishwasher, Disposal, Microwave, and Refrigerator. Laundry machines are also included in the building, not in unit. Apartments are connected by communal roofed walkways and staircases. The apartment being leased is on the second floor.
