Scholar Place Apartments is a peaceful, fully equipped one bedroom apartment building located on US 52 W. These floor plans provide a great living space for a student, young professional or a couple just starting out. The apartments are pet friendly with spacious grassy areas to walk and play with your pet. An all electric unit means no gas bill to pay and the kitchen has all the amenities you will need. Also included in each apartment is a washing machine and a dryer, so no more trips to the laundry mat!
Conveniently located near Wal-Mart, Menard's, restaurants and gas stations you will be within 5 minutes of anything you need. On-site parking means never having to search the street for a space. Purdue students are eligible for a "C" parking pass and the bus stops right next door if you are trying to "go green". We pay for your water, trash and sewage so all you will have to pay is the electric bill. We value our residents and strive to exceed their expectations.
